How long does a project take?
Launch sites ship in 3-5 weeks. Build-tier platforms take 6-10 weeks. Scale projects run 10-16 weeks with milestone-based delivery. We scope timelines during our initial consultation.
What do you need from me?
Content (text, images, brand assets), feedback during the design phase, and timely responses to keep the project moving. We guide you through everything.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Launch and Build tiers split 50/50 — half upfront, half on completion. Scale projects use milestone-based payments. Ghost Care bills monthly.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Absolutely. We build everything on the same stack, so upgrading from Launch to Build (adding auth, payments, etc.) is a natural progression — not a rebuild.
What tech stack do you use?
Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vercel across all tiers. Higher tiers add Supabase, Prisma, Stripe, and Vercel AI SDK depending on project needs. Everything deploys to Vercel.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of support included. After that, Ghost Care gives you ongoing hosting, monitoring, updates, and continued development hours.
